CommentDesk provides tools for connecting supported third-party social platforms, syncing comment data, generating AI-assisted recommendations and draft replies, and managing reply workflows inside a single workspace.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to use the service on behalf of yourself, your team, or your organization. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

Use of connected platforms such as YouTube and Facebook must comply with the policies, terms, and developer requirements of those third parties. You must only connect accounts and pages you are authorized to access.

You agree not to use the service for unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity. You also agree not to interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the product in a manner that violates third-party platform rules.

AI outputs are provided as workflow assistance only. You remain responsible for reviewing, approving, editing, and publishing replies. We do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, legality, or suitability of AI-generated content for your use case.

You retain responsibility for the content you submit, sync, review, or publish using the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use that content with CommentDesk.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CommentDesk and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, if use creates legal or security risk, or if continued operation is not feasible.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
